Moving can be a daunting task. Here's what we're asked most often.
No. The towns on our areas page are where our vans are day to day, which is why we know the access, the parking and the awkward staircases there — but that describes where we collect from, not how far we will go. Long-distance moves across the UK are routine, and we handle international removals too, including shipping and the paperwork that goes with it. Tell us both ends and we will price the whole thing.
Not on its own. If you gave us a bedroom count, what you get back is a rough idea — a bedroom count tells us nothing about what is actually in the rooms, so treat it as something to budget against. We confirm the real figure once we have seen the contents, on a short video call or a home visit, before you book. The one exception is the inventory builder: if you list every item, there is nothing left for us to guess at, and we will honour the price it comes to.
We can, once we know what is being moved. Two identical-looking three-bedroom houses can differ by half a van, and the difference is whatever is in the loft, the garage and the shed. Ten minutes on a video call is usually enough, and it means the number we give you is one we will stand behind rather than one that grows on moving day.

Every move is fully insured, and our uniformed team is trained to pack, handle and transport your belongings with real care. Fragile and high-value items are given extra attention and protective wrapping.
We're based in Windlesham and regularly cover Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Wentworth, Woking, Bagshot, Lightwater, Camberley, Chobham, Bracknell, Farnborough and every other town on our areas page — those are the roads our vans are on most weeks. Where we take your things is a separate question: we handle long-distance moves across the UK and international removals as well, so the collection being local doesn't limit the destination.
We'd recommend booking as early as you can, especially for weekend or month-end moves, which are our busiest periods. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate short-notice moves.
Yes, you can add boxes, wardrobe boxes and other packing materials to your quote, or ask us to pack everything for you.
Yes, we offer secure storage for exactly this situation, short or long term, with the same careful handling as moving day.
